MEET THE TEAM

Alex George

Owner and Operator

Alex attended Virginia Tech University and has been trucking for 4+ years now. Prior to working in the food industry, Alex was heavily involved with soccer and worked in finance. His entrepreneurial spirit stems from his family's fashion store in West Virginia and his love for food first originated with his grandmother's Lebanese cooking.

Ari Schraer

Executive Chef

Ari is a classically trained, local San Diego chef. He has held a role in kitchens both large and small while working in San Diego, New York City, and Paris, France. He believes in the power of food and is trying to change the world one bite at a time.

Vernan Kee

Graphic Designer

Vernan Kee has been drawing and designing since his early childhood years. After completing his service from the United States Marine Corps, Vernan graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Art Institute of California-San Diego. His work includes illustrations, typography, hand lettering, branding, web and print design.

Our menu features GOOD items that are vegetarian, health conscious and delicious, while the EVIL items are healthier, meat-centric and flavor focused! In addition to these items, we feature a vegetarian and non-vegetarian taco of the day , season drinks and daily specials!
